At The Yellow Bird, we want you to love your natural skincare routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our facility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
